Prerequisites: an FTA document is selected and the FTA editor is active. |
To the right of the editor, in the column "Palette", click on the relevant gate. - Outcome: The type of gate is selected.
Click inside the editor. - Outcome: the Gate dialog will open.
Choose a name for your gate. This will be the name of the malfunction.
Write a description (optional).
Click on Color... to adjust a background color.
Click on Apply and Close.
Outcome: a gate with the malfunction was created.
