Right-clicking the TARA Catalogs folder or somewhere within the folder opens a context-menu via which you can create folders and new catalog files. New catalogs can be created within a folder structure within the TARA Catalogs folder. Given it is the correct catalog type, its location will have no effect on its contents being usable in the TARA.

Adding Catalog Entries to a TARA
When populating a TARA file, the contents of the relevant catalogs, in this case the Asset catalogs , are displayed in the respective drop-down menu. Entries from a global catalog are indicated by a -icon.

Adding an object from a global catalog adds a copy of that object in the corresponding Project Catalog. Any changes made in the TARA will reflect on in the local copy, not in the global catalog.
