Basic User Administration
SOX uses a role model, which means that any user will be required to sign in prior to using the system. There are two named roles (User IDs), Administrator and SoxUser, both of which use the initial password, 0000.
Aspects:
The Administrator is able to add new users, and to delegate tasks.
The function Change password allows the Administrator, as well as other users, to create and change individual passwords.
User Administration allows the Administrator to manage all relevant settings concerning groups, users, and roles.
