Deriving an FMEA From the System Design

It is possible automatically to initialize a new FMEA document with the structure from the system design starting from your chosen root system element.

1. Right-click inside the Model Explorer on the relevant root element.

2. Choose Create FMEA. - Outcome: The File import window opens.

3. Select a target folder to which the FMEA should be saved (FMEA Folder).

4. Choose a file name.

5. Click Finish.
