FMEA

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a qualitative and systematic risk analysis method. Starting with a system structure (structure tree) you assign functions and malfunctions to system elements, create a function and failure net, assess the risks, and assign and track tasks.
The SOX FMEA module supports analysis according to the new AIAG & VDA FMEA Guide (2019). This requirement is satisfied by covering the seven steps shown in the graphic below.

Features:

  • Work with different variants and operation statuses.

  • Exchange information with other SOX modules.

  • FMEA analysis including risk matrix, malfunction analysis and Pareto analysis.

  • Create form sheets and control plans.

  • Derive control plans from process FMEA.

  • Perform FMEA-MSR.

  • Customizable user interface.

An easy Step-by-Step Guide will help beginners of SOX quickly get familiar with the tool.
