Exporting Form sheets and Control Plans

Only export to MS Excel (.xlsx format) is currently supported.

Prerequisite: a form sheet or a control plan needs to be open.

  1. Go to the menu bar and click on File.

  2. Choose Print. (Alternatively, click the “printer” icon on the SOX taskbar.) - Outcome: the Windows Explorer dialog will open.

  3. Choose a storage location and enter a name for your file, then click on Save.

  4. Outcome: SOX will generate an Excel file as per your specification. The file should automatically open with no more than a few seconds’ delay.
