On the menu bar, click on Help, then Example Projects.
Select “Automatic Rear Spoiler”. Click on Next.
The following screen will ask you for your target folder into which to import the project. Click Browse and navigate to a directory of your choice. Our example scenario uses the “Projects” folder. Confirm your selection by clicking OK.
SOX will display the Import Summary. As noted on the screen, after clicking Next (instead of Finish) you may review, and - where appropriate -, edit the catalog and employee settings. Our example assumes that the user browses the subsequent screens without actually making any changes.
After clicking Next, SOX will show the Catalog assignment.
After clicking Finish, you may select which diagrams and/or documents, if any, SOX will open and display. In this example all diagrams and documents will be opened.
Outcome: consequent to After making suitable choices on the previous dialog, SOX will open the example project, displaying the topmost diagram or document (in the example, Activity Diagram “Calculate Speed”).
To review the SysML diagrams, expand the SysML 1.4 model found in the Model Explorer (as highlighted above). Double-click on any diagram - in the example, “Security Asset Definition” - to open and display it:
