To create a new TARA, right-click your TARA folder, which performance will prompt you to Create new TARA. Acknowledge this prompt by left-clicking it.
Outcome: the Create new TARA dialog will open.
Enter a unique name for your TARA. The ISO norm will be pre-selected by the system. Optionally, you can select a configuration, Description, Objective, and Foundation. When done, click Submit.
Your new, empty TARA file will be created in your TARA folder.
