Comments, Reviews, and Tasks

Comments

To open the comment view, click the grafik-20240812-061727.png -button on the right of your web-based SOX interface. Here you can see all comments added to the currently selected cell.

To add a new comment, right-click a cell and select Add Comment or click the ADD COMMENT button in the comment view on the right.

The Add Comment menu opens with the text-editing options Bold, Italics, and Underline. Once finished, you can save your new comment via the SAVE button.

Cells containing a comment are indicated through the grafik-20240812-062706.png -icon in the top-right of the cell.

Reviews

To open the comment view, click the grafik-20240812-061727.png -button on the right of your web-based SOX interface. Here you can see all reviews added to the currently selected cell.

To add a new review, right-click a cell and select Add Review or click the ADD REVIEW button in the comment view on the right.

The Add Review menu opens. In the Status drop-down, you can select your Review Status. Underneath, you find a text field in which you can enter a description. You can confirm your entries via the checkmark-icon in the bottom-right.

While a cell can contain any number of comments, there can only be one review. you can edit your review via the context-menu accessed by right-clicking a cell or via the edit-button in the comment view.

Cells containing Reviews are indicated by their coloring:

  • Success = Green

  • Warning = Yellow

  • Failed = Red

Editing the Status of a review also chages the color of its cell.

Tasks

To open the tasks view, click the grafik-20240812-065925.png -button on the right of your web-based SOX interface. Here you can see all Tasks added to the currently selected cell.

To add a new task, right-click a cell and select Add Task or click the ADD TASK button in the task view on the right.

The Add Task menu opens. Here you can add a subject and a description, as well as define the status and priority of the task. Lastly, you can select a responsible user and define a target date for the task. Confirm your entries via the SAVE button.

You can find a tasks assigned to a cell in the Task view. A cell can contain any number of tasks. The grafik-20240812-071112.png icon on the top-right of a cell indicates that a task has been assigne to theat cell.

In the Task view, you can edit existing tasks vis the grafik-20240812-071201.png -icon or delet them via grafik-20240812-071214.png .

Taks added to an Action Cell in the Risk Mitigation area of a TARA will be displayed by name in the cell. In case multiple Tasks have been added, the name of the latest one will be displayed.

 

Project Tasks View

The task view allows you to see, filter, and etid all tasks within you current project.

To open the Project Task View, click Views → Open Views. A selection opens in which you can select Project Tasks. The Project Tasks View opens.

In the projects tasks view, you find a list of all tasks from within your project. You can sort or filter tasks by Totle, Description, Assignments, Ststus, Responsible, Priority, Date of creation, Last modified, Deadline, and IT.

You can edit values by double-clicking one cell within the table.

Task Dashboard

You can open the Task Dashboard by right-clicking a TARA file and selection Show Dashboard.

The dashboard opens giving you an overview about the tasks within the TARA file, with information such as finished, active, and inactive tasks or the number of tasks with specific priorities.
